As a result, our dental lab decided that we should put together four helpful tips for making the most out of your relationship with our Client Success and Fulfillment Squad. They are directly responsible for making sure your case is treated with the utmost care when it arrives at our lab. From shipping to receiving, invoicing, and proactively making sure that all your questions are answered timely. Now lets drive-in!
FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE IMPORTANT – When you submit a case, make sure to provide our technicians with a detailed impression. Whether digitally or made with alginate, the impression that you provide us from your patient is the foundation from which we complete our work. Having a detailed impression can reduce the risk of a remake. An accurate impression helps us support a convenient timeline for your patient and enables us to assist you in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Also, make sure to keep your impressions using alginate moist with a wet paper towel, this will prevent it from hardening and potentially breaking during the shipping process.
TURNAROUND TIME – Our turnaround time is ten days, depending on the materials that we are using to create your order, but we can accommodate rush cases on tighter timelines as needed. When it comes to turnaround time, especially a rush case, this is an excellent opportunity to be proactive in calling our lab to confirm your ideal timeline. It enables us to create our production schedule around your timetable.
COMMUNICATION IS KEY – We have phone and email support! No question is too complicated for us to handle. Monday through Friday, we can offer phone support from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Also, we have email support until 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, as well. Is there something special that we should know about your case? Have a question or concern? Need to speak with the technician that is working on your case?
