Dental Lab Technician Apprentice
Apprentices have the ability to learn how to make dental restorations while on the job. They are needed in multiple departments and their primary tasks are pouring molds, making models, and creating bite blocks, etc. |
CAD/CAM Designer
CAD/CAM Designers are in charge of utilizing computer software to design multiple product types. The primary duties consist of reading and interpreting prescriptions and designing crowns and bridges to a high standard. |

What is your shipping procedure?
We optimize our couriers to achieve delivering the case on the date it is due. In order to keep up with compliance and make sure we are carrying out our duties as a dependable and responsible dental lab, we issue a processing fee on cases. Upgrading shipping is available for an additional fee.

What is your fee schedule?
A fee schedule can be provided through email or fax. We encourage new dentists and surgeons to call us and have a conversation to discuss how The Dental Lab can help you.

Our technicians are willing and ready to take your calls. We have several CDTs and MDTs on staff that are specialized in different departments who would be pleased to take a call.

What is your remake / refund policy?
At every case returned, our CDT reviews and evaluates the previous RX, instructions, impressions and compares to the new impression and instructions sent. From there we determine the percentage for the case. It could be full charge, shared charge, or no charge.
If the case is returned after the new case has been placed, the same procedure will take place, but credit vouchers will be issued to use towards future cases instead of a credit on the case. The credit vouchers could be for the share cost of the invoice or the full cost of the invoice.
The Dental Lab reserves the right to charge for the repairs or remake of any appliance returned to us that shows signs of alterations by others, misuse, and or abuse.
We cannot guarantee restorations, such as mouth guards, repairs, implant parts or any changes to the original prescription.
If the impression is not suitable, but is insisted upon being used, the restoration will not qualify for any guarantee.
All dental appliances are custom made and cannot be refunded.
To qualify for the remake policy or credit vouchers, the original case must be returned before a credit will be issued and the doctor must have been actively using our lab within the last 90 days and in good standing financially.
