Many of our restorations are made in the USA, in our state-of-the-art laboratory with fully approved FDA materials. We also offer outsourcing from China, Vietnam, and the Dominican Republic. Our clients can choose from domestic products that are made directly in our Bristol in-house milling center, or they can choose from our different manufacturers internationally. The Dental Lab evolved from a traditional porcelain laboratory to a full-service business. Today, our company consists of multiple family-owned and operated dental labs. Formerly known as Cornerstone Bio-Comp, we have a new all-encompassing name that represents our divisions and mission: The Dental Lab. Our lab is made up of Amsterdam, Broadway, Collins, and Cornerstone Dental Labs. Together, we are the premier choice–a full-service dental laboratory that covers all your restorative needs. We make it easy for dentists to get everything they need. We have a wide variety of options for simple and complex cases: crown and bridge, dental implants, removables, and orthodontics. Crown and Bridge The Dental Lab is a premier lab for dental crowns and tooth bridges. We offer a wide range of high-quality materials, such as porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM), zirconia, lithium disilicate, celtra duo, and poly-methyl methacrylate (PMMA). Some of our crown and bridge products include veneers, full-metal cast crowns, inlays and onlays, and Maryland bridges. Dental Implants Our implant department is exceptional when it comes to making high-quality dental implant restorations. We offer solutions for single, multiple, and fully edentulous cases. Our products include screw-retained and cement-retained prosthetics. We also provide custom-milled abutments, chrome cobalt, implant bars, and surgical equipment. For implant surgery, we offer surgical guides and OptiSplint scan bodies. Removables The Dental Lab makes high-quality removable products, including complete and partial dentures, custom impression tools, wax try-ins, and repair services. Our removables workflow can be traditional or digital. They also have the option to be fitted with 3D printed teeth or Premium Kulzer Mondial teeth. As for partials, we offer flexible partial dentures and cast metal partials in addition to traditional acrylic. We also provide nesbits and one-tooth flippers. When requested, our lab can fabricate custom bite blocks and impression trays. Lastly, we can provide same-day repairs and relines. Orthodontics We can fabricate custom appliances for maintaining proper teeth alignment. We specialize in making custom night guards, NTI-devices, hawley retainers, and more.
